Vishal Chaturvedi's Hanuman Ansh has become the first debut director film to cross the ₹300 crore net collection mark in India, earning ₹341 crore as of October 22, 2026. The devotional drama, inspired by the life of Baba Neeb Karori, has completed 75 days in cinemas and continues to run successfully worldwide.

The film, which premiered theatrically on August 7, 2026, defied industry expectations with its extraordinary box-office trajectory. From a modest opening, Hanuman Ansh gathered momentum through word-of-mouth, ultimately surpassing the lifetime collections of several established directors' debuts. At the worldwide level, the film has grossed ₹452.86 crore against a reported budget of ₹2 crore, according to figures shared by Sacnilk.

Four producers are officially credited on the project: Namrata G Singh, Dr. Vishal Chaturvedi, Ragini Sona and Anupriya Nagar. Swambhu Media Network Pvt. Ltd., the production company, has clarified that no individual can independently represent the film or make decisions on its behalf. All rights — theatrical, streaming, broadcast, music, gaming and licensing — in India and internationally are governed by agreements executed amongst the four producers.

Namrata G Singh and Dr. Vishal Chaturvedi have been appointed as the sole Executive Directors authorised to oversee the film's public relations, marketing, awards and strategic partnerships. The production house has instructed that all cast and crew members must seek formal confirmation before participating in any public engagement, including interviews, podcasts and YouTube shows. Any statements, award claims or business arrangements made outside the approved process are not recognised by the company.

The clarification comes amid reports of internal disagreements within the producing team over publicity and representation following the film's massive commercial success. The production house has warned it will take necessary action across territories against any attempt to misuse the film's name, credits or intellectual property. Despite the governance challenges, Hanuman Ansh stands as one of the most remarkable box-office success stories of 2026, proving that a debutant filmmaker with a compelling vision can create a phenomenon that resonates across demographics and geographies.
