Apple TV has added 20 beloved classic movies to its catalog for a limited time, the streamer announced this week. The new batch of films, available at no additional cost for subscribers, includes iconic titles such as Interstellar and Pulp Fiction, along with 18 other beloved classics.
Most of the added films are expected to remain available only through November 2024, after which they will be replaced by a new slate of titles. The movies can be streamed by Apple TV subscribers in the United States, though available options may vary in other regions.
Apple TV, priced at $14.99 per month or through the Apple One bundle, has been regularly licensing batches of classic movies free for subscribers. The addition comes alongside the streamer's high-profile original releases this fall, including Mayday with Ryan Reynolds, Oscar hopeful Tenzing, and the forthcoming Being Heumann.
Subscribers interested in the new classic titles are encouraged to watch while they are available, as the licensing window is limited to the current month. The expansion of free classic content adds to Apple TV's growing library of rotating films accessible to all subscribers at no extra charge.
